The first round of voting in the fourth annual Celebrity Whore Championship is in the bag, and I've gotta say, so far it's been a royal pain in the ass. To make a long story short, there have been a myriad of problems related to the voting. I've had problems I've never had before with the code for the polls, causing them to come out looking all funky and not quite functioning. There have been reports of broken links in the polls, votes going for the wrong mathcup (i.e. voting for Jennifer Lopez vs Avril Lavigne and your vote actually gets put into the mix for Christina Aguilera vs Heidi Klum), and other such mixups. Most disturbingly of all, the poll service I use seems to have been cracked into by a hacker who puts links to his favorite web site in the code. Let's just call it extremely fucked up porn and leave it at that. And for me to call something extremely fucked up, you know there's something wrong. So at any rate, round one is over.
